The School of the Environment design team is hosting a conversation about the environment from 3:30 – 5:30 p.m. on Tuesday, Oct. 25, in the College of Innovation and Design’s Innovation incubator space in the Albertsons Library. All are invited to attend and light refreshments and snacks will be provided.
The event will see a panel of five faculty talk about a keyword in common, “environment,” from the point of view of their disciplinary knowledge. Audience members will join the panel in discussing the various approaches and interpretation of the word, reflecting on sameness and difference in the environmental space.
Participants are encouraged to consider carefully the term “environment” as part of the university’s shared work and to answer four questions in preparation for the event.
