The campus community is reminded to only submit maintenance requests through the Facilities, Operations and Maintenance service desk.
“While it may seem like a more direct route to leave notes for your custodian, our night staff is focused on completing their tasks and may overlook requests made in this way,” said John Barrie, campus environmental manager. “Sending your message through the service desk is the only way to guarantee that your concern reaches the people it needs to in a timely fashion.”
To make a request, contact facilities directly at svcreqs@boisestate.edu or (208) 426-1409. Additionally, a maintenance request, also known as a work order, can be submitted online for all services and repairs, as well as any moves needed on campus.
