In his latest video, Associate Vice President and Chief Information Officer Max Davis-Johnson talks about how higher education values sharing and collaboration in many areas.
Whether technology, administration, or pedagogy, sharing is in the DNA of the university, Davis said. This was recently on display as Boise State hosted WestNet, a bi-annual meeting of information technology professionals from Idaho, Utah, Arizona, Wyoming, Colorado and New Mexico who come together twice a year to to collaborate and share successes and challenges.
Boise State is also learning from University of Wyoming, Vanderbilt, and Baylor as they share experiences and best practices from their implementation of the Oracle Human Capital Management system.
