The Office of the Dean of Students invites the Boise State community to participate in a self-guided data walk, a walking route with several stops which explore the intersection of sexual assault data, trends, and the campus geography of Boise State. Use this link to access the data walk. - 1:30 – 2:30 p.m., Thursday, April 21: Healing yoga at the Centennial Amphitheater
A gentle, trauma-informed yoga class that is intended to be appropriate and accessible for all levels of experience, all bodies, and all abilities. Through a series of mindful movements and breath, participants will be invited to notice sensations in the body and make choices based on the present moment experience. Every movement is offered as an invitation, options are offered, choice is celebrated, and there are no hands-on assists.
