The Open Pedagogy, Advocacy, and Leadership faculty fellowship program is assembling a second cohort and seeks general education faculty from Idaho’s eight public postsecondary institutions to apply. The program supports faculty working across institutions to learn about open publishing, experiment with digital pedagogy, and assemble open educational resources for use in Idaho’s common-numbered general education matriculation courses. The goal of the program is to develop faculty leaders in open and digital education. Faculty applicants who currently teach general education courses will be given priority.
To apply, complete the Google Form and upload a current CV by Nov. 26.
More information about the fellowship may be found in the Openness + Pedagogy + Advocacy + Leadership + Pressbook.
Additionally, hour-long information sessions with Jonathan Lashley, associate chief academic officer for the Idaho State Board of Education, and current program fellows are scheduled for 10 a.m. on Nov. 5 and Nov. 12. Register to attend via Zoom.
