Cynthia Campbell, associate professor and associate chair in the Department of Psychological Science, has been selected to serve as a national coach for academic faculty through the National Center for Faculty Development & Diversity. Coaches support participants in the NCFDD Faculty Success program with individualized mentorship that includes weekly training, accountability calls, individual coaching sessions, and being part of a larger, supportive community.
