Flu vaccines are available at University Health Services with no appointment needed in the Norco Building’s second-floor clinic. Free patient parking is available.
According to the CDC, the flu vaccine and COVID vaccine can be given at the same time or close together.
Details on each vaccine are below. Help fight the flu and COVID too.
Flu vaccines
Flu vaccines are covered by most insurance companies and are $38 for anyone without insurance. Note, Health Services is not a recognized child immunization facility, so individuals 19 and under will need to pay the cash price of $38.
For more information visit the Health Services website or call (208) 426-1459.
University Health Services recommends annual vaccination as the best defense against the flu. Getting a flu shot as soon as possible will strengthen the immune system during flu season, which can last through March. Medical staff is also recommending that people get the flu vaccine this year to help lessen the strain on the healthcare and hospital systems caring for patients with COVID-19.
COVID vaccine
Free COVID-19 vaccines are available by appointment at the Boise State COVID Vaccination Clinic located at 2100 W University Dr., Campus School Room 106A.
