Public health reminder
Boise State’s Human Resource Services is reminding employees to be diligent in following current mask mandates and continuing with good hygiene practices to prevent the spread of COVID-19 on campus.
If you have any questions regarding vaccinations, testing or concerns about having been in close contact with someone who may have COVID-19, contact the Public Health Office.
Supervisors will receive notification from the Public Health Office only for employees that will be quarantined.
Employees will receive notification from the Public Health Office if they need to quarantine due to a positive test or if, through contact tracing, it was determined they had close contact with someone who has tested positive.
Those not determined to have risk of exposure will not be contacted.
Revised exit survey
Human Resources has revised the exit survey given to employees leaving the university to better align with their people strategy. The answers are used to guide conversations, process changes and help understand trends, good or bad. More information can be found on the End of Employment webpage.
Important time reporting deadline
The university will be transitioning to a new payroll system in the coming weeks. PeopleSoft HR will not be available after Sept. 4., therefore:
- Hours worked or leave taken between Aug. 22 and Sept. 4 must be entered in PeopleSoft HR by the end of the day on Sept. 4.
- If you have direct reports, your employee’s hours worked or leave entered must also be approved by Sept. 4.
