As of July 20, 2021, changes have been made to how on-street parking is managed on the university-owned roads in the south section of campus. Parking in this area has been changed to include some areas where parking is prohibited and others where a South Commuter permit is now required.
The interactive campus map has been updated and the changes are as follows:
- Vermont Ave.: Permit holder parking only on the west side from Belmont Dr. to Beacon St. No parking allowed on the east side.
- Manitou Ave.: Permit holder parking only on the east side from University to Beacon St. No parking allowed on the west side.
- Grant Ave.: Permit holder parking only on the east side only from University to Beacon St. No parking on the west side.
- Belmont Dr.: No street parking allowed.
These changes will be implemented in stages. Signs, flagging, and/or barricades will be moved throughout this area from July 20-27 as sections are closed and the changes are finalized.
