The EvoLLLution, an online newspaper focused on higher education, has published an article by Boise State President Marlene Tromp.
The article, Increasing Student Retention Rates Through Personalization, urges institutions to build on lessons learned from remote learning to create new hybrid models that maintain important human engagement while retaining the flexibility of online learning. Tromp mentions the Community Impact Program and Bronco Gap Year as examples of how new programs can be designed with this approach in mind.
