HCM Cloud is scheduled to replace Boise State’s PeopleSoft HR system this fall. HCM Cloud will be accessed through Bronco Hub within myBoiseState.
The Office of Continuous Improvement (OCI) is partnering with Human Resources to host HCM Cloud drop-in sessions and provide hands-on experience with the new system.
What is a drop-in session?
Drop-in sessions are intended to be self-guided. Participants can drop in to ask questions or walk through HCM scenarios/actions in a test environment.
Who can attend a drop-in session?
All Boise State employees.
How will drop-in sessions be conducted?
Each drop-in session will be conducted virtually via Zoom. An OCI member will act as a facilitator for each session and will be available to assist with answering any questions.
There will be two drop-in sessions per college/division; one is intended for all employees and the other is intended for supervisors and business managers.
What is the time commitment?
Each drop-in session is scheduled for two, to two-and-a-half hours. Participants are not required to stay the whole time.
How do I sign up for a drop-in session?
Complete the Bronco Hub sign-up form by the end of day Friday, July 23:
After you sign up, OCI will reach out to you and others from your area to discuss next steps.

I read something about a reporting freeze. Can I get more info?
All critical HR reporting requests will be fulfilled during the HR reporting freeze. Other reporting requests received July 6 or after will not be addressed. This will help the project team focus resources on HCM activities, including future reports that will be available to campus.
Critical reporting requests are defined as federally mandated data reporting.
Please share this information with your areas so they become aware of the reporting freeze.
