The Boise State Vaccination Clinic is holding a special back to school vaccination event for those 12 and older from 9 a.m.-4 p.m. on Saturday, July 10. The clinic is located in Campus School at 2100 W. University Dr.
The clinic can administer the following vaccines:
- Pfizer-BioNTech vaccine (two-dose vaccine currently authorized for patients ages 12+)
- Moderna vaccine (two-dose vaccine currently authorized for patients ages 18+)
- Johnson & Johnson’s Janssen vaccine (single-dose vaccine for patients ages 18+)

Pfizer-BioNTech Vaccination Appointments
Pfizer-BioNTech requires a second dose between 21 to 28 days, meaning the earliest an individual could be “fully vaccinated” is August 14, 2021
Moderna Vaccination Appointments
Moderna requires a second dose between 21 to 28 days, meaning the earliest an individual could be “fully vaccinated” is August 21, 2021
Janssen (Johnson & Johnson’s) Vaccination Appointments
Janssen is a single dose vaccine, meaning the earliest an individual could be “fully vaccinated” is July 24, 2021
Fully vaccinated, asymptomatic individuals can resume many pre-pandemic activities and based on Federal guidelines, are able to receive a Boise State exemption from required testing or quarantine. Persons are considered fully vaccinated:
- Two weeks after their second dose in a two-dose series, like the Pfizer or Moderna vaccines, or
- Two weeks after a single-dose vaccine, like Johnson & Johnson’s Janssen vaccine
Second dose vaccines for Pfizer and Moderna can be scheduled with the Boise State COVID Vaccine Clinic during normal business hours.
Free parking is available in the Brady Street Garage, with complimentary ADA parking in front of Campus School.
Walk-in services will not be provided during this event. Anyone under 18 years of age must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian. All patients must remain at the clinic for at least 15 minutes after vaccination for observation.
The clinic is also open Monday through Friday from 9 a.m.-4 p.m. for walk in and scheduled appointments. Spanish interpreter service is available on-site. For more information about the vaccines, visit the COVID Response website today.
