Boise State has extended the resident application and scholarship priority deadlines from Feb. 15 to May 1, 2021.
Idaho freshman and transfer applicants who submit required application materials by May 1 will be considered for Boise State’s automatic scholarships.
There are no changes to the approach or scholarship process for nonresident applicants whose deadline for fall 2021 has passed.
The published intent to enroll deadline will also be extended from May 1 to June 1 for all admitted students, whether they are Idaho residents or not.
“It’s an uncertain time for all of us, including our prospective students here in Idaho trying to navigate the college search and application process for fall 2021,” said Kelly Talbert, director of admissions. “We hope this extension provides families a little more time to understand the landscape, with COVID and beyond, and make the most informed decisions they can around college next fall.”
