Cheong Kim, Idaho Policy Institute senior research associate in the School of Public Service, recently published an article, Local government growth from a tri-sector perspective, “The Social Science Journal.”
In the article, Kim addresses Idaho cities, which are under-represented in the academic literature, through examination of a unique database of Idaho municipalities. Specifically, the article examines how the for-profit and nonprofit sectors impact government growth.
