Doug Covey, state director of the Idaho Small Business Development Center (SBDC), co-authored an article in the Idaho Business Review with Jeremy Field, a regional administrator for the U.S. Small Business Administration Pacific Northwest Region.
In the article, “SBA, Idaho SBDC connect clients to resources,” Covey and Field send a message to small businesses and entrepreneurs: they are not alone. They highlight that a business’s ability to adapt is critical not only to its success but its survival.
The professionals at the SBDC provide Idaho businesses with advice on developing effective pivot strategies – specific examples of how some local businesses have used SBDC resources are included in the article.
The Idaho SBDC is headquartered in the College of Business and Economics at Boise State.
