The Division of University Advancement has announced that Argia Beristain has been promoted to interim associate vice president for advancement and Connor Tudbury has been promoted to director of annual giving.
Beristain has been with the division for more than five years, leading fundraising efforts in the Honors College, College of Education and College of Business and Economics. She has also served as an adjunct faculty member in the Basque Studies program since 2013.
She brings the energy, expertise and experience needed to elevate university fundraising efforts while contributing towards the launch of the next comprehensive fundraising campaign, said Vice President of University Advancement Matthew Ewing.
Tudbury has been with University Advancement for four years and has proven himself as an innovative leader, while serving as a catalyst in the growth of the university’s annual giving fundraising, Ewing added.
