Vanessa Fry, interim director of the Idaho Policy Institute (IPI), gave a transportation presentation to the Idaho Walk Bike Alliance on July 9.
Her presentation outlined work IPI researchers have done modeling current costs and expenses related to maintaining, improving and expanding transportation infrastructure (including roads, bridges, transit and bike and pedestrian infrastructure) across the state. The institute also is developing a set of policy tools that decision makers can take into consideration when determining the best way to address revenue gaps.
