In February, Mark Cowan, a professor in the Department of Accountancy, presented his paper, “Taxing Cannabis on the Reservation” at the Legal, Ethical and Compliance Issues in Emerging Markets: Cannabis in the States symposium.
The symposium was held in Oklahoma City and was sponsored by Oklahoma State University and the American Business Law Journal.
