Boise State University has a new accounts receivable website that will provide easy access to accounts receivable procedures, processes, department resources and training information.
Prior to the debut of this website, accounts receivable information – including invoice templates and processing information – was sent via email.
In addition to enhanced transparency, the accounts receivable homepage offers staff and faculty steps on invoicing procedures, payment procedures, payment options and the aging process. It also explains how to use Oracle Financials Cloud, links to the accounts receivable uStore, and provides answers to frequently asked questions. New trainings offered by the accounts receivable team are also posted there.
If a department is interested in invoicing external customers, visiting this new site will provide insight into what is offered by the university’s Accounts Receivable Department and how departments can effectivity bill and track their revenue.
