Memo Cordova and Elizabeth Ramsey, associate professors at Albertsons Library, published an article in the summer 2019 issue of Marketing Libraries Journal. The journal is the first open access, peer-reviewed, scholarly journal devoted to advancing research in library marketing.

Cordova and Ramsey’s article, “Asserting Librarian Expertise and Value in Strategic Marketing Efforts,” focuses on the importance of “building a brand image that aligns with the reality of what a modern academic library contributes to campus,” as noted in the article’s abstract.
