The Leadership Pathways program is a university-wide initiative designed to enhance the diversity of leadership on campus, cultivate leaders with a deep commitment to the institution and create a campus that thrives on inclusive excellence.
Human Resources and the Office of the Provost piloted the program this year with a small cohort of new department leaders and their administrative staff. Beginning in fall 2019, a second beta version of Leadership Pathways will be offered to a broader group of participants across campus.
For the upcoming year, participants must be nominated by a supervisor. Those interested in participating should discuss the program with their supervisor.
Nominations for the 2019-20 Leadership Pathways program are open through Friday, June 14.
