The Department of World Languages has published the first issue of Arboleda, a digital literary magazine in Spanish, coordinated by Manuel Gómez Navarro, a lecturer in the department. The editorial team is composed of a group of committed and enthusiastic Boise State University Spanish majors and minors who are either alumni or current students. The magazine showcases original poetry and short stories in Spanish, translations to Spanish, and creative works portraying Hispanic culture, all by Boise State students and alumni.

¡El primer número de Arboleda ha salido! Arboleda es una revista digital creativa en español coordinada por el profesor Manuel Gómez Navarro (Departamento de Lenguas). El equipo editorial está compuesto por un grupo de dedicados y entusiastas estudiantes de Boise State University y antiguos alumnos, todos majors y minors de español. La revista incluye poemas y cuentos originales, traducciones al español y trabajos gráficos relacionados con la cultura hispánica, todos realizados por estudiantes y antiguos alumnos de nuestra universidad.
La publicación es gratis y está abierta al envío de trabajos de la comunidad de BSU para su segundo número (previsto para abril de 2020).
