Human Resources would like to remind employees that is time to prepare annual performance evaluations. All professional and classified staff evaluations are due by March 1. Faculty evaluations are due April 15.
In addition, the HR employee relations team is ready to teach supervisors how to prepare and present performance evaluations to employees. In a series of trainings outlined below, supervisors also will get an in-depth look at the evaluation ratings, common challenges and solutions to issues that might come up in the evaluation process. Multiple dates for the training are available.
