Tasha Souza facilitated two interactive workshops at the Professional and Organizational Development conference in Portland, Oregon. They were titled “Teaching First Generation College Students: Strategies for Supporting their Success” and “Practicing Microresistance for Personal Survival, Ally Support, and Institutional Change.” The second workshop was co-led by Cynthia Ganote of Saint Mary’s College of California and Floyd Cheung of Smith College.
