Garrett McBrayer published a research article in the journal of Corporate Social Responsibility and Environmental Management that examines how persistence directly relates to environmental, social and governance (ESG) initiatives. In his work, “Does persistence explain ESG disclosure decisions?,” McBrayer analyzes data from Bloomberg to compile compelling evidence that suggests that firms’ disclosure of their ESG initiatives are affected by increases in management tenure as well as CEO turnover.
In June of 2017, McBrayer was selected as an Accomplished Under 40 Honoree as part of Idaho Business Review’s Accomplished Under 40 Awards.
