Blackboard Learn will be unavailable Friday, Dec. 21 through Thursday, Dec. 27 for a scheduled upgrade.
In an effort to reduce the complexity of Blackboard service management, this upgrade will move Boise State’s self-hosted instance of Blackboard to a Software as a Service (SaaS) model.
This will reduce administrative overhead, eliminate downtime and provide new features and improvements through continuous delivery.
All instructor, student and course data will be migrated as part of the upgrade.
