Boise State University’s seasonal pop-up restaurant, featuring the talents of head chef Nathan Child, is now accepting reservations for select Wednesdays and Thursdays throughout the fall 2018 semester.
Opening Aug. 29, this season at the Bronco Zone brings fresh flavors, new and improved vegan entrees, homecoming and holiday menus, plus crowd favorites like the family-style Signature Blue and Orange Salad served with every meal — all for just $12 per person.
Join together with your campus department, invite friends and neighbors, or treat your clients to this exclusive dining experience above The Blue. Eligible parties include faculty, staff, emeriti, select community partners by invitation, and members of the Alumni Association, Bronco Athletic Association, Varsity B and Recognition Society.

The Bronco Zone is located on the third floor of the Stueckle Sky Center at Albertsons Stadium, 1400 Bronco Lane. On-site parking is available for guests.
