Brian Wampler gave a talk at the World Bank in Washington, D.C. on July 12. The talk was titled “From Radical Democracy to Technical Policy: Analyzing the Spread of Participatory Budgeting Around the World.” It was sponsored by the Transparency Accountability Initiative and the World Bank’s Governance Group. Wampler co-presented with professor Stephanie McNulty from Franklin and Marshall College.
