His paper was one of 14 in the three-day session, which included paper presentations, reviews and discussions, and concluding work on theory building. His paper, “Strategic solution definition across science and technology policy domains: the ‘hidden side’ of transport technology and nanotechnology policy,” was based on previous and comparative research into emerging technologies and public policy.
