Idaho Dance Theatre and the Boise State Department of Theatre, Film and Creative Writing present Summer DanceFest Workshop 2018.
The two-week dance intensive workshop culminates with the Summer DanceFest Choreography Festival. It features ballet, contemporary, jazz and hip hop works by 10 choreographers. A range of dancers, from 12-year-olds to professionals from across Idaho, the Northwest and Mexico will perform.
Performances will take place at 7 p.m. on Friday, June 22 and Saturday, June 23 in the Peterson Theatre in the Morrison Center for the Performing Arts. The performances are free and open to the public. Donations are welcome and will benefit scholarship funds for Dancefest participants.
