Shari Ellertson co-presented a session at the 58th annual forum of the Association for Institutional Research (AIR) held in Orlando, Florida. The session, a collaboration with colleagues from the University of Puget Sound and Harvey Mudd College, focused on strategies and challenges in hiring and mentoring staff in institutional research.
In addition, Ellertson was appointed board secretary of the AIR board of directors. She is in the second year of a three-year term as a member-at-large on the board.
Nearly 2,000 professionals from around the globe attended the 2018 AIR forum.
