State Board to Interview Three Finalists for Boise State Presidency

The Idaho State Board of Education will interview three finalists next week vying to become Boise State University’s next president.

The Board will meet with the finalists in Executive Session on May 16, 2018.

Listed in alphabetical order, they are:

  • Dr. James Lentini – Senior Vice President for Academic Affairs and Provost, Oakland University
  • Dr. Kevin Reynolds – Vice President for Finance and Administration, Portland State University
  • Dr. Daniel Weeks – President and Vice-Chancellor, University of Northern British Columbia

Five finalists recently toured Boise State’s campus and met with students, faculty, staff and the public. Two finalists have since withdrawn their names from consideration.
