Jonathan Lashley and Amber Sherman attended the Idaho State Board of Education meeting in Moscow and co-facilitated a work session for board members about open educational resources in Idaho.
Joined by colleagues from Lewis-Clark State College and the University of Idaho, Lashley and Sherman reported on the gains that OER initiatives have made at Boise State and the inter-institutional collaborations they are helping to lead across the state. Board members tasked work session facilitators with determining next steps for how board resources might be leveraged in support of the time, training and incentives necessary for growing OER adoption in Idaho.
