Jo Ellen DiNucci was installed as a board member for the Higher Education User Group (HEUG) at their annual Alliance conference in March. Over 25 Boise State employees attended the Salt Lake City event. Thirteen individuals from the Office of Continuous Improvement, Office of Information Technology and Student Financials presented on projects and ongoing initiatives. Last week, Boise State also was recognized in the HEUG Spotlight Blog for our “grit and ambition.” HEUG is the largest Oracle user group in the world consisting of over 34,000 international members. This group functions as a collaborative community to share information and experiences, as well as to influence the improvement of the Oracle tools for better use in Higher Education settings.
