The Graduate Student Showcase is a one-day graduate conference at Boise State University that provides an opportunity for all graduate students, at any stage in their graduate career, to showcase their talents, connect with other graduate students and enjoy the possibility of winning a cash award.
The showcase will be held from 9-11:30 a.m. Thursday, April 19, in the Jordan Ballroom of the Student Union Building.
All current graduate students are eligible to participate, including online graduate students. Graduate students are encouraged to submit a variety of works, including research projects — regardless of stage of development, creative works, program development projects or completed course projects. The showcase will serve as a vehicle to provide an overview of all the diverse and many activities that graduate students are involved in at Boise State, so thinking out of the box is fine.
Faculty judges from across campus will participate, and programs and colleges have donated $1,000 for program and college-specific awards.
