Mark your calendar for the 2018 Innovation Day on Jan. 27 at JUMP. Everyone is welcome to attend.
The event is an interactive showcase of highly accessible STEAM inventions with students and makers from across the Treasure Valley. Student groups will include the Creative Technologies Association, the Microgravity Team and more. The MakerLab team also will share and promote the inventions and ideas one can make using emerging technologies.
Invent Idaho regional competitions will be on the fifth floor, including inventions from all across Idaho. This year’s activities include plosiphone, cardboard city building, green screen photos, a robot named HAL, projection mapping, light saber dueling, synchronized Christmas and more.
