The Idaho State Board of Education and the consulting firm the board hired to facilitate the national search for Boise State University’s next president have scheduled a series of listening sessions for faculty, students, staff, alumni and others.
These sessions will provide the campus community an opportunity to weigh in on the future qualities and priorities of university leadership. The role of the consultants will be to listen, facilitate the conversation and document the prevailing sentiments and themes expressed by the university’s various constituent groups. The consultants will use this feedback to develop a search profile and advertisement for the presidency position. The meetings will help shape the search and inform the process that will choose candidates to be interviewed by the board-appointed search committee.
The sessions are open to specific campus and community audiences.
