    Surface Science Lab

    The Surface Science Lab (SSL), part of the BSCMC is a multiuser facility that houses a suite of 5 atomic force microscopes (AFMs) with complementary capabilities for nanoscale characterization of surface topography and electrical, magnetic, and mechanical properties of materials in air or fluid.

    Transport Characterization Laboratory

    The Transport Characterization Laboratory, managed by the Advanced Nanomaterials and Manufacturing Laboratory includes three advanced electrical characterization systems and 4 probe stations for measuring electrical properties of materials and devices.
