Events and Marketing
Two separate request forms have been created to help streamline and expedite event requests and reservations — one for recitals, concerts and masterclasses and another for non-concert/recital/masterclass events.
The form below is only to be used for requesting recitals, concerts and masterclasses:
FY25 Recital/Concert/Masterclass Request Form
This form is only to be used for reserving non-concert/recital/masterclass events, for example:
- Clinics with visiting school groups
- Concerto-Aria rounds (but NOT final concert)
- Exams
- Meetings (e.g., committee meetings)
- Pre-recital hearings/juries
- Recording sessions (NOT requiring John Fransen)
- Rehearsals
- Sectionals (MUST coincide with corresponding class timing)
- Studio classes
