The library is a resource for mental health information and one can start with the library’s Guide: Mental Health Toolkit. Boise State University has resources that can help as well, such as CARE (Campus Assessment Resource and Education), Health Services Counseling, The Student Connections Center,  Campus  Security and Police, and the EAP (Employee Assistance Program).

For local and state resources you can check Veteran Services, the Wyakin Foundation, and RADAR (Regional  Alcohol and Drug Awareness Resource). Others include the 2-1-1 Idaho CareLine, and the Boise School District’s Self Rescue manual, which lists services available in the community and elsewhere. Please do not forget about the Suicide Prevention Hotline 800-273-TALK(8225) Idaho 208-398-4357. These resources are all here to help you.
