Joystick Controller – Kai Lansdell
This controller project was created to enable a quadriplegic individual with limited finger/hand use to play video games. The controller uses a mechanical keyboard with relocated switches to communicate with a computer. The 3D printed joystick houses 4 switches (forward, backward, left, right) and a ball and socket joint that activates the switch(es). Each switch is programmed to an action within the game(s) and can be easily reprogrammed.
