Designed for Real Leadership
The delivery model of the courses reflects the modern reality of leadership, where some of the work is online and some of it is in person. Our innovative hybrid model provides participants with a combination of self-study and executive-style workshop sessions. Specifically:
- The first few weeks of each course consists of self-paced virtual learning.
- The last few weeks of each course adds live, weekly virtual sessions from 5:30-7 p.m. Mountain Time on Thursdays.
- In the middle of each course, there is an interactive in-person weekend in Boise.
Each course is offered in short, 7-week sessions, which allows participants to focus on one leadership topic at a time. Specifically:
- Leading Teams is offered the first 7-week session in Fall.
- Leading Systems is offered the second 7-week session in Fall.
- Leading Self is offered the first 7-week session in Spring.
- Leading Decision-Making is offered the second 7-week session in Spring.
- Leading Change is offered as a 7-week session in Summer.
