In-Person Courses

Professional development courses for educators are offered throughout Idaho. Please note the start date and location before registering for the course as some courses are offered in multiple locations. In most cases, you must enroll in the course through the organization and register for credits through Boise State separately. If you have questions about course content or deadlines, please contact the host organization directly.

Boise State’s Professional Development courses are considered graduate level courses. They are transcripted and graded as pass/fail and the credits cannot be used to satisfy degree requirements and are not eligible for financial aid.

It is your responsibility to verify that your district and State Department of Education accepts Boise State Professional Development credits for recertification and/or pay scale movement before you register for a class. We cannot issue refunds after your grade has been finalized.

Courses are posted as they become available, so check back often. Most in-person courses are offered during the summer term.

Content on this page is provided as a quick reference for planning. All official course descriptions, degree requirements, admission standards, program learning outcomes, etc. are published on the Graduate Catalog site.
