Agenda: For the meeting agenda go here.

One-Pagers: In prior meetings, we encourage each jurisdiction’s program office to create a “one-pager” for their EPSCoR or IDeA program to use during the annual meetings. This will be with your congressional delegation on Tuesday, February 4 (in-person, virtually, or in Members’ district offices). Summaries will also be posted on the EIF website, so please exclude any information you wouldn’t want shared publicly. Alternatively, you can provide a “public view” version.

Visit our website for the template that we ask everyone to use. Understandably, the purpose of the template is to ensure visual consistency and make information easier to find. Limited customization of the one-page template is permitted, such as adjusting color(s) to match your program’s or, depending on the size or use of the table on page 2, lengthening or shortening the Success Stories section, etc. These summaries are a valuable tool that both the Coalition and Foundation rely on throughout the year.

Please submit completed summaries (PDF format preferred) or direct any questions about the template to Danny Holland by email no later than Monday, January 27.

If you have any questions, please don’t hesitate to contact us.
