We will be planting 2,000 native plants on Saturday October 13th at Intermountain Bird Observatory’s Boise River Research Station in partnership with College of Western Idaho, Golden Eagle Audubon, the Native Plant Network, and Idaho Fish and Game, with support from BLM and the US Fish and Wildlife Service. The goal is to improve habitat for pollinators and birds at this important wildlife area.
We’ll need a lot of volunteers to really make this event a success, and we hope we can count on you! Kids and families are welcome.
Be sure to invite your friends to this fun fall event. This would be a great project for any students who need community service hours!
