- BUILD PARTNERSHIPS: Position HR as a strategic partner, optimizing HR services and driving positive outcomes through expert guidance, consultation and collaborative campus relationships.
- ENGAGE AND DEVELOP: Enhance employee engagement and development initiatives to directly equip and support an engaged workforce to more effectively serve students, the local community, and Idaho.
- MODERNIZE PROCESSES: Automate, update, and streamline HR services and processes by leveraging electronic solutions in order to continuously improve administrative efficiencies.
