Standard posting sites include:

  • HigherEd Jobs
  • Idaho Department of Labor
  • Social Media
  • Diversity sites

Departments can post the job to discipline-specific professional organizations as needed.

Additional posting sites are available with costs paid by the department.

Classified

Applications for Classified positions will be processed by your Talent Acquisition Specialist within 1-2 business days of receipt and will become available to the DRC and Search Committee for review at that time.

Temporary Employee

For Benefit Eligible temporary positions, once the requisition has been approved the job will be posted to our internal and external career websites.
For Non-Benefit Eligible temporary positions, if you do not have an existing pool of applicants this position can be posted through our career website. Please contact your Talent Acquisition Specialist to discuss advertising this role.

Student Employee

Ashton: My name is Ashton Corbin I’m a talent acquisition specialist and member of the welcome team here at Boise State. I’m excited to share with you a component of our welcome experience through our applicant tracking system PageUp.

We currently hire people from all over the world to teach and interact with our students and it has always been our goal to attract, employ and retain top talent with the implementation of page up we’ll be able to broaden our reach and get your posts into the right hands.

Boise State’s focus on diversity has led us to utilize a suite of diversity sites there are 10 sites like your job will automatically be posted to we have contracts with inside higher ed, higher ed jobs, we have a compliance suite that targets local job seekers through sites like the Idaho Department of Labor.

We also have a talented marketing team in-house they create vibrant eye catching posts that will go on all Boise State social media channels including Facebook, LinkedIn, and Twitter.
