2022 Supervisor Survey Results

Employees were surveyed about their supervisors in February 2022 to provide a baseline for how employees are engaged and satisfied. The survey was sent to all active faculty, professional and classified staff. Results were averaged and connected to the university’s People Strategy, which supports the university’s strategic plan Blueprint for Success.

The survey provides areas of success and areas for improvement.
