At Boise State, we believe in the importance of taking time for yourself. Our paid time off benefits are designed to give you the time to relax and recharge. If you’re a benefit-eligible employee working 20 or more hours for at least five months, you’ll enjoy a combination of sick leave, annual leave, and paid holidays throughout the year. It’s our way of supporting you in maintaining a healthy work-life balance!
Annual Vacation Leave
Annual leave accrual depends on employment classification, and all employees must obtain supervisor approval and report their absences through BroncoHub per university policy. Once the maximum accrual limit is reached, further accrual will stop until the balance is reduced, but any accrued leave under the maximum limit will roll over from year to year.
