The FY26 Open Enrollment period is April 21 – May 9, 2025.
This is the only opportunity, until the next open enrollment cycle, to enroll in a flexible spending account or to make changes to a medical plan without a qualifying life event. Employees that have a qualifying life event will have 30 days from the event to enroll or cancel coverage.
- Due to a data pull from Bronco Hub some employees may receive new cards to match their name in the Boise State system. Simply replace your new card with your old one.
- An open enrollment email will be sent sent to all benefit-eligible employees on April 21, outlining details of the plan.
- Employee self-service will be used this year, enabling employees to fill out open enrollment online (no more paper forms!). More details to come.
